Refund policy

Our pricing calculators are digital downloads. You get the file the moment you pay, and a download can't be returned, so sales are final unless something is wrong with the file itself. True Trade Cost is run by BarGuard AI Inc.

When we refund

If the file you bought has a problem we can't fix, you get a full refund. For example:

• the file won't open in Microsoft Excel 2016 or newer, or in Google Sheets
• a formula gives a wrong result or an error in the cells it is meant to work out
• you were sent the wrong file

What to send us

To look into it, email support@truetradecost.com with:

• your order number
• a screenshot of the problem
• the program you used, and its version (for example Excel for Microsoft 365, or Google Sheets)

We'll reply within one business day. Most problems can be fixed by sending you a corrected file. If we can't fix it, we refund the full price to the card you paid with, through Stripe, who handle our checkout.

When we don't refund

We don't refund a file that works as described, for example when you changed your mind, no longer need it, or bought a different trade's calculator than the one you meant to. If you're unsure which one fits your work, check the trade's page and its example job before you buy, or see Help.
